During our consultation, we will delve into the finer details: your preferred travel pace, specific bucket-list experiences, and budget expectations. This conversation allows us to craft a truly personalised foundation for your bespoke itinerary. 

How long does the planning process take?

Excellence takes time, but we move with purpose. You will typically receive a first draft itinerary within 5 to 7 business days. From there, we refine the details together until every element of your journey is perfectly aligned.

What are the planning fees and payment structures?

We operate with complete transparency. We charge an initial consultation fee, and a professional bespoke planning fee that covers our expertise, detailed research, and administration. Additional services, including our custom travel guides and custom packing lists will incur additional fees which will be discussed upfront.

Will you be booking flights, hotels, and excursions?

We do not make any bookings on your behalf. Instead, we design your itinerary and, if you wish, can liaise with your chosen dedicated booking agents (or preferred suppliers) to help communicate the details and support you as they arrange your flights, hotels, and excursions.
